  • On-Site tech dispatch available at an additional charge

help desk plus+

  • All the features of Help Desk Basic

  • No Annual Fee

  • 30 minute response on nights and weekends

  • Additional network troubleshooting, such as ISP basic troubleshooting

  • Office PC troubleshooting for KNECTECH supplied hardware, including remote access

  • Network configuration to accommodate third party programs (i.e. OpenTable, DVR’s. NVR’s)(Applies to KNECTECH provided equipment)*

  • Menu programming guidance and support *

  • Basic user training for managers *

  • Depending on restaurant size, plans start at $125 monthly for a recurring subscription

  • On-Site tech dispatch available at an additional charge

  • Add back up ISP LTE cellular service for $49/mo. Additional hardware and installation required

help desk premium

  • All the features of Help Desk Plus

  • Onsite labor included if issue can not be resolved by our help desk*

  • Same day service, M-F for calls received by 2pm PST

  • Next business day dispatch for calls received after 2pm PST

  • Free two day shipping for non configurable parts or supplies

  • Weekends/holiday service, and hardware not included

  • Similar to having your own IT department for one monthly rate

  • $299 monthly recurring subscription

  • Add back up ISP LTE cellular service for $49/mo. Additional hardware and installation required
